Care Quality Commission Rate Whitby Drive ‘Good’ In All Areas
Congratulations to the team at Whitby Drive in Tyne & Wear, who have been rated as ‘Good’ in all areas of their latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection.
The service, which is home to five people with learning disabilities, has been praised for its caring and dedicated staff team, and the homely atmosphere and environment created at the service.
During their inspection, regulators from CQC spoke to the staff team who complimented their manager for being supportive and committed to the team’s professional development.
Tammy Wallace, Service Leader at Whitby Drive, says: “I’m so proud of the team - this CQC report is the result of a lot of hard work from everyone. They provide such excellent support to Douglas, Justin, Andrea, Janice and John – and from the wonderful comments in the report, the inspector clearly agreed!”
