I was extremely impressed by Spencers Villa and thought that the Manager was excellent in showing us around and explaining the service. He also was able to put a real good human face on it by talking about the people they support and the difficulties that they had faced with transition and behaviour that had been very severe at first, but after three months, they were settled and now calls it home. I was impressed. 26th July 2013

I would like to thank all the staff at Henesy House in Manchester for their kindness and consideration as well as medical treatment throughout my stay. It's difficult to single on particular member of staff as they work as a team and everybody plays their part superbly, once again thank you very much for your support and understanding. 15th July 2013.

I took my dad to see my mum on Sunday as she was not well enough to him, he enjoyed the change of scene and was very happy to get back to The Peele. When I brought him back he told me I was not to worry about him as he is very happy at his home. Awww! That really made me smile and happy in my heart that I know he is being looked after. A big thank you to you and all the staff on the Etchells. 2nd July 2013.

I would like to put in writing how the team on Saxon Ward at St Stephens are. They looked after my mother in the time she was there with such tender care, generosity, sympathy and dedication. Words alone cannot describe it sufficiently. My husband and I feel privileged to have been able to witness first-hand the warmth of one human being to another. My mother spent her last days in the best place in the world. Thank you. 1st July 2013

As a student nurse I am on placement at Whitby Drive for three weeks, I am very impressed with the love and care shown by the staff - they treat the residents as if they were their own family. They take great care to ensure all needs are met and pay a great deal of attention to keeping the residents happy they work non-stop and are worth their weight in gold. 25th June 2013

This is my first contact with Whitby Drive - I took the service for a resident’s funeral and have never been so impressed with care offered.
